Season 1 Episode 13: Pesky Style?
Wednesday Feb 20, 2013
Wednesday Feb 20, 2013
Originally Aired: February 20, 2013 Coming out of the depths of despair with the loss of the Apostle, the Sens bear down and end up with fairly good results in granted some sub par performances in the mean time- Sens 0 @ Leafs 3- Sens 2 @ Devils 1 SO- Isles 1 @ Sens 3Seems that the long list of injuries isn’t an issue and the call ups are fitting in great. We take a quick spin around the league, look at Lindy Ruff’s firing and realignment is in discussions. We read out a couple e-mails and look to the week ahead. Don’t pull the shoot yet, kids, but make sure that you know where your floatation device is properly stored.

Season 1 Episode 12: The Pope is Out, the Apostle is Out! Doom and Gloom Begins
Thursday Feb 14, 2013
Thursday Feb 14, 2013
Originally Aired: February 14, 2013 Well, a huge disappointing blow as Erik Karlsson seems to be out for possibly the season with what we’re now calling a questionable cut to the ankle by Matt Cooke.Considering the wins and losses for the week, this really puts a damper on things, and possibly a chance at competing for the playoffs- Canes 3 @ Sens 2 OTL- Jets 1 @ Sens 0- Slugs 0 @ Sens 2- Sens 2 @ Pens 4We cover e-mails, talk a bit about the game experiences and really lick our wounds about the Karlsson incident.

Season 1 Episode 11: Ducks, Refs and Trade Rumours
Wednesday Feb 06, 2013
Wednesday Feb 06, 2013
Originally Aired: February 6, 2013 The Call-ups are missing their top line host Pan, so like the Senators we bring in Puddleduck from our farm system to fill in. You might want to check the math, because it may or may not be his strong point. We recap: - Game 8: Sens @ Canes (loss) - Game 9: Sens @ Habs (loss) - Game 10: Sabres @ Sens (win) Topics of attention include Corvo, the no-goal in Montreal and Kardinal's burn of a Leaf fan at SBP. Special thanks to SensKal and Senior for their emails which we discuss on the show.

More great results with 5 out of a possible 6 games:- Penguins 2 – Sens 1 (Shout Out)- Capitals 2 – Sens 3- Canadiens 1 – Sens 5After talking about the potential replacements or fill ins on the top line, we review how great some players have been doing and how some others, well, not so quite. It’s cold out in Ottawa, so Canuck decides to go down with them. - Panthers 0 @ Sens 4- Sens 3 @ Panthers 1- Sens 4 @ Lightning 6Anderson proves himself as the starter and the offense fires on all cylinders. It’s easy to say that the team looks good overall, but Bishop struggled in his first start of the year – not that the team in front of him played extraordinarily well either. We look at some interesting new rules and announce the winners of our two contests. Season 1 Episode 7: Are YOU Ready?
Wednesday Jan 16, 2013
Wednesday Jan 16, 2013
Originally Aired: January 16, 2013 Here we go! We finally have more hockey to talk about. After watching a couple of open practices and participating in the open house, we are excited to see how the line up is shaping up and getting our first look at new acquisitions and some prospects up from the BSens. To help us out, we have Ben from Binghamton give us a breakdown of guys that he’s been looking at for a few years. A couple big things in the news is who will play in goal and which D men to bring up and who would be in goal….and how local media is blowing things out of proportion. We touch on updates on signings, big news in the buy outs of bad contracts and the surprising lack of trades. We’re looking forward to having a great season with you guys and want the Underground to be as interactive as possible. With that, Spaceman is running a hockey pool for us. E-mail to [email protected] to enter and we’ll have a prize pack for the winner. More info on the rules are on the forums at www.sensunderground.com. Don’t forget to participate in the forums during the games. Also, enter the second SCU Contest for your chance to win a Sens jersey style of your choice! See the forums or twitter for more details. Season 1 Episode 6: Lockout is Over!
Sunday Jan 06, 2013
Sunday Jan 06, 2013
Originally Aired: January 6, 2013Are YOU Red-dy For More?Welcome back, groundhogs! It’s been a long and hard 4 months and we’re back with a new episode to discuss the available information on the CBA “Framework”, how it will impact some teams and how well the Sens look to be set up for the new salary cap.We discuss the look of the line up and depth charts for who fits where and who could come up to the big team from Binghamton – and yes – as always, we have a goalie controversy, but for once, it’s a good one. Cowan’s injury has drastic impact on the blue line and we look at ways to fill them. The compliance buyouts bring an interesting twist for teams to get below the cap, but we have to wait for the summer for that. This could cause budgetary and locker room issues around the league and will be very interesting to see. We’re looking forward to being with you this season – don’t forget to join us in the forums or E-MAIL THE SHOW!!!!

Wednesday Oct 10, 2012
Wednesday Oct 10, 2012
Originally Aired: October 10, 2012Welcome back! There’s still not much new in regards to the progress of CBA talks, so we do a little house cleaning and speak to a couple Call-ups! Trying to survive with the lack of NHL hockey, we look at some of the alternatives by looking at the Sens abroad as well as the B-Sens and the CHL. Our guest Dan gives us a taste of what living with a bunch of Canuckle-heads is like and a look at some of our Western based prospects. Around the league, we look at matches that aren’t necessarily made in heaven and a little more Leaf front office debacles. The release of John Davidson from the Blues is discussed and looking at possible places where he could improve existing teams. We speak with Gabrielle, the first SCU Contest winner for the Most Disappointing Sens Moment as she opens her prize, and reads a beauty e-mail from Homer.
